1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SaveCode's website at savecode.us or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Description of Services

SaveCode is an address identity verification platform that provides:

• Physical address verification through a mail-based PIN process
• A unique encrypted Home ID tied to a verified physical address
• Address verification status queries for authorized parties
• Household member management tools
• Address update and re-verification services

3. Eligibility

To use SaveCode, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a resident of the United States
• Have a valid physical address in the United States
• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• Not be prohibited from using our services under applicable law

4. Account Registration

When creating a SaveCode account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

You may not create an account on behalf of another person without their explicit authorization, or use another person's identity or address without their knowledge and consent.

5. Address Verification Process

Registration and PIN

When you register a physical address, SaveCode will mail a unique verification PIN to that address. You must have physical access to the address to receive and enter the PIN. This process is designed to confirm genuine residency.

Accuracy of Information

You represent and warrant that the address you register is your current, legitimate physical address and that you have the right to register it. Registering an address that does not belong to you or that you do not reside at is a violation of these Terms and may constitute fraud.

One Address Per Account

Each SaveCode account may register one primary verified address at a time. Address updates require a new verification process.

Fraud Prevention

SaveCode actively monitors for fraudulent registration attempts. If another account attempts to register your verified address, the current registered account holder will be notified. Fraudulent registration attempts will be blocked and reported.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use SaveCode to:

• Register an address that is not your legitimate physical residence
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use our services in any manner that could harm other users or third parties
• Violate any applicable local, state, or federal law or regulation
• Circumvent our fraud prevention mechanisms
• Use automated tools to access or query our services without authorization

7. Fees and Payment

SaveCode charges a one-time verification fee for address registration, which covers the cost of physical mail verification. All fees are disclosed at the time of registration.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. SaveCode does not store your payment card information. All transactions are subject to Stripe's terms and conditions.

Fees are non-refundable once the verification letter has been dispatched, except where required by applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property

SaveCode's platform, technology, and content — including the Home ID system, physical-digital verification process, and all related software — are the proprietary property of Mangel Technologies LLC and are protected by US patent law (patent pending), copyright, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our platform or technology without our express written permission.

9. Disclaimers

SaveCode provides its services "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• Our services will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Results obtained from using our services will be accurate or reliable
• Our verification process will prevent all instances of fraud

SaveCode generates address verification status indicators. We are not responsible for decisions made by financial institutions, delivery services, or other parties based on our verification status indicators.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mangel Technologies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to SaveCode in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may terminate your SaveCode account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at support@savecode.us.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Providing false information
• Any conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to other users or our platform

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. Certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Snohomish County, Washington, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
